The Scarpa Force is a climbing shoe designed to offer optimal comfort and support for long days at the crag.
With prolonged use in mind, the Scarpa Force incorporates a comfortable padded tongue and additional padding around the ankle along with a breathable heel-liner to help avoid sweat build-up and keep your heel snug in the shoe.
Built from a neutral last, the Scarpa Force is designed to mould to the natural shape of your foot. Although optimum for those with a centre toe profile and medium foot width, the fit is higly versatile and suited to a wide range of foot shapes. The V-Tension system built into the structure of the shoe works alongside the outsole to keep your foot supported and facilitate the transfer of power to your toes without unnecessary pressure on the achilles.
The full-length sole is made from highly durable Vibram XS Edge rubber. Due to it’s stiffness, this rubber is ideal for standing on small footholds and jamming into cracks but also maintains plenty of grip and flex for smearing on rock. In addition to it’s high durability, the Scarpa Force can be resoled, providing guaranteed longevity.
Thanks to it’s focus on support and comfort, the Scarpa Force is the ideal shoe for multi-pitch trad climbing and long days out at the crag. However, this shoe will excel wherever you take it, including technical routes at the climbing wall.
