The Blue Ice Cuesta is a multipurpose rock-climbing harness dedicated to confirmed and committed climbers. The sleek, slim design with a laminated waist belt and elasticised leg loops offers complete freedom of movement with minimal weight (285g). Its tie-in points are reinforced with high-tenacity nylon sheet to ensure really high durability of the harness.

The Blue Ice Cuesta is ideal for sport climbing, trad climbing or long multi-pitch routes.

The bundle contains a Blue Ice Cuesta Harness in Decadent Chocolate, Blue Ice Saver chalk bag, Rock Empire(R.E) Smart HMS and the R.E Guard Belay Device.

Harness:

Materials: High tenacity PES, UHMW polyethylene, aircraft-grade aluminium speed buckle, acetal buckles.
Conform to the CE/EN 12277, UIAA105.
Four gear loops: 2 front, with rigid insert for ease of clipping and 2 back, flush for backpack compatibility.
Extra-wide, lightweight, laminated waist belt and leg loop, optimized for comfort.
Adaptative elastic adjustment of the leg loops.
Rear haul loop.

Rock Empire HMS Carabiner:

Light, small and for good price.
Angled Keylock prevents unwanted catch on the rope, loop, or harness.
Screw lock ensures effective locking of carabiner.
Each carabiner has its own identification number within the production order.
This number will improve the recording and inspection of metal products during regular inspection checks.
Certified for both sport and industrial use.
Rock Empire Belay Device: Rock Empire Guard SB Belay Device:
A new universal belay device suitable for belaying and rappelling on rocks, multi-pitches, in the mountains and on ice. The belay device has an extended life thanks to the stainless steel bar, which the ropes go over.
The design allows the simultaneous belaying of two climbers with an automatic locking function. The largest hole on the device is used to hang on to a ring in the rock for belaying the second climber. For this functionality, one more carabiner with a screw gate needs to be used. It offers a system for easy release of the 2nd climber. This release of the load by the 2nd climber is served by the smallest 4th hole on the belay device. Ideally, a key lock carabiner is used or a thin flat dyneema loop or round loop can be threaded through this hole.
The belay device works best with ropes from 7.8 to 11 mm in diameter. Another advantage generally applicable to this type of belay device is the separation of ropes during descents, which do not allow for the rope to twist.
